Sugared LEDGE Bakery is in search of a Donut Specialist & a Donut Decorator/Cashier.
The ideal candidates would be someone who loves to make people happy by making donuts/ or decorating them and interacting with our amazing guests!
If you have an upbeat and friendly personality and love donuts, come join us! Weekend availability is a must to be considered for both positions. Passion for the industry is required. We are willing to train the right person to join our fun bakery!

Responsibilities
- Greet in-store customers and answer business phone in an upbeat, friendly, and polite manner
- Ring up customers’ orders accurately and suggestive sell other products
- Prepares work area and equipment for daily donut making
- Mix ingredients for donuts, rolls, and icing/glazes
- Bakes/Cooks donuts to specifications
- Prepares and serves hot and cold drinks
- Reviews special orders as needed
- Project a positive image at all times during shift
- Assist co-workers and managers as needed
- Observe customers and politely respond to questions and requests
- Act as a resource for customers regarding products, promotions, specials, menu, hours of operation, etc.
- Adheres to company policies, store guidelines, and food safety guidelines
- Reports to work when scheduled and on time
- Must report to work in a neat, clean, and well-groomed, hygienic appearance
Knowledge and Skills
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, managers, and co-workers
- Must possess basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Previous experience with point-of-sale system is preferred
- Must be able to make change
- Must be multi-task oriented
- Must have knowledge of workplace safety procedures
- Must be able to prioritize and multitask
- Must possess organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
